![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I am now the proud owner of a new woot.com shirt. It's been 2+ years from the last time I got woot tshirts. There was a mixup and I ended up with like 9 shirts and 9 hats, so I gave most of them away. Anyways the new woot shirts arrived. And in true woot fashion, they totally rock ass. The attention to detail is awesome, each shirt came wrapped in its own bag, with an awesome drawing on it. There is a comic included with instructions on how to turn the shirt into a cape, so all you wooters can dress up as the woot screaming monkey this halloween when you steal little kids' candy. Here's some pics, and a couple of screaming woot monkeys. --Chris Falco |

![]() ![]() ![]() Hey, Mike, when you do pickup your iPhone post up a little review for us, would ya? I'm sure you were going to anyway but I'd like to hear it from someone who's been using the Sidekick as long as I have. I'm still I'm on the fence so I'd love to hear your take. And for anyone who's into the whole Sidekick thing, make sure you check out the newest Zante/Sidekick Slide info here and here and here of course. | New Job, Same Office Space Mon 06.18.07 6:58pm PDT #21282 |
![]() ![]() ![]() Today was the first day of my new job at the same employer. Illustrated here is the exciting view of my desk where I was reviewing TRS Reports and fondling my Swingline Red Stapler. I've even added some flair to my space with a snazzy set of Plush Emoticons. My new title is Director of Program Management instead of Director of Client Services. I take on the business administration team and lose web content, community and metrics. Like my prior role, I will have to do even more work integrating the web with major initiatives across our organization. I have 2/3 fewer people to help manage, but a larger personal workload. A lot is still uncertain because my boss still hasn't announced the rest of the management team (I have no clue) or even the two new people on my team. Maybe tomorrow. Or maybe the day after. Or maybe next week. I keep the fun stuff I've been doing with the MIT Media Lab. Music Professor Tod Machover and some of his colleagues will have a major presence at our national convention in Boston the first week in September. And I'm back at the lab this Thursday with my boss to talk about a research agenda for the next year. Look for more blogging on human augmentation, robots, digital music, laptops for kids and more. Now back to my TRS reports. - mike lee - washington, dc |
