Work colleague Annette and I had a great brainstorming session in Cambridge today with NN and Walter. It was a quick in-and-out visit that gave us a little escape from the DC heatwave. And to have a couple hours of NN's time was remarkable given that he travels something like 330 days a year. Best of all, we left with two Btest-4 XO laptops. Annette and I geeked out on the plane testing out chat on the peer-to-peer mesh network. The last pic here taken at home shows Hiptop Nation on the laptop browser. Now I have to bone up on UNIX command line chops to get some extra stuff installed like Flash Player.

Got my schedule on friday after attending the mandatory SOAR workshop, boy was that a hassle! Even so, I'm glad its required, it was very informative and I have a way clearer view on what classes I need to be taking. That being said: my schedule!

M- Philosophy, Chicano Studies, and Aerobics (avoiding freshman 15, damnit!)
Tu- Music Appreciation, Psychology 100
W- Philosophy, Chicano Studies
Th- Music Appreciation, Psychology 100
F- Philosophy, Chicano Studies


Definitely not the most interesting schedule, but because my registration was so late I wasn't left with much choice :P Also on T+Th I have huge gaps of time where I'm doing nothing, but since it was the only Psych class open it was unavoidable :(

There is a side of me that very very few people see, this side of me is the side of me that is obsessed with makeup and gossip and IS Certain Girl. This is the side of me that, loves to dance, sing, be loud and be heard. I want to be that more. this is the side of me that is too afraid to come out around my friends.
