Had to go to Staples to get more 11x17 paper because someone around here doesn't understand the concept of "if it runs out- Tell someone or at the very least go get it".
No biggy, I just took the long way and diddle bopped my way through town.
Saw a wicked accident. I say I saw it, I heard it and wondered where it came from and THEN I saw it.
Two hours and counting. Come on weekend.

Ragan and I ate lunch at Hunan's today as a change of pace. We normally eat at the "other" rival Chinese food place across town (Leo's). I can't really say as to why we haven't eaten at Hunan's more than we have. I mean- it's been literally years since our shadows have darkened these doorways. The food? OFF THE CHARTS. Damn GOOD food. The spices, the ingredients, the HOT & SOUR soup was unbelievable.
This was an overall excellent dining experience. Leo's just can't handle a candle to Hunan's. We even got our waters refilled.... TWICE, AND...and we got our bill BEFORE we finished eating.
needless to say, we have made the switch. No longer are we part of the Leo clan. Hunan's baby... That's how we roll.

Our main email account for our internet orders is down, so as always- it must be our fault.
The email is hosted off site, I didn't pick the company that hosts it, how is this our fault? What makes this whole place think that we have alllllll the answers. Look again at this room. Look again at my title. It says ART DIRECTOR, not network, not internet, not information technician.
Here is a thought- CALL THEM YOURSELVES. Dang. And my Friday was going good. Oh well, I have some drawings to complete so I will let it solve itself.
I guess my reply to the problem of "Well my Gmail account is working..." Didn't really help.
Office crisis will begin in 3...2....NOW. PSHHH.....

If your looking for something new to listen to, might I suggest Todd Snider's Ballad of The Kingsmen off of his album East Nashville Skyline. Very Arlo Guthrie and John Prine sounding. Bet then again, Todd music fits in that genre. As a matter of fact, give his whole catalog a listen to. It is sure to please.

With it being summer already, it made me wonder where our Spring went. Oklahoma is notorious for wicked weather during the Spring time, and it seems as if we barely got any rain. Don't get me wrong, we had our share of some killer storms, but it just seems like it just...well...fluttered by.
Seeing and smelling the Rain this morning just made me feel a litle better. I know I enjoy it, and I know my pepper plants and Brown Dogs are loving it.

If it wasn't hand scooped... How would it be scooped? Is there some sort of shake making robot out there taking people's jobs in the shake industry?
Had lunch at Carl's Jr. and was suckered into the impulse Green Burrito Taco Salad purchase. The was cool, the advertising was cool, the salad however- nor so good. Small, and somewhat bland. Oh well... Live and learn.
