My buddy is going a huge ATV trip this week with his buddies, and asked me to come up with a "fun" design for some shirts. Turning out pretty good seeing as how this project started today and MUST be done no later than tomorrow.

We were serving food with our "Tailgating for Katrina Relief" and now the Health Dept. put restrictions on us to where we can't afford to keep doing it. Sad.

Skinny from Dirty's called and asked me to set up my laptop to cover the OKLAHOMA STATE game from a web feed on one of the projection monitors...... Don't know how well this is gonna work, but hey, the beer is free and I am curious myself. We'll see. -Matt

Front page of the Life section of the USA Today....WOW.... It seems like just yesterday when they were playing the Wormy Dog Saloon and doing Tuesday Night Acoustic shows. Now they own the Owrmy Dog Saloon. Real proud of the boys. They worked hard to get to where they are at now. Still, it is so odd to open up the USA Today and see them front and center. If you haven't heard of them, pull up iTunes and search for Cross Canadian Ragweed. Good group of guys and incredible music. -Matt

"I did the art in Photoshop, if you need it in vector format, I will simply redraw it in Illustrator"..... So by saying you will redraw it in Illustrator you mean you will open the same art and push the Live Trace button and actually make the desing WORSE. Also, while we are on the topic and name dropping what applications you have and feel like you can use, why the hell was this done in Photoshop and NOT Illustrator to begin with???

I bought us a bigger fridge a couple months ago for the "Cave" and I am delighted to say that the Deli is now open with a variety of foods and various meats.

Hey with the soaring gas prices, we figured it would be cheaper to just stock pile deli fixin's like it was 1999. -Matt

Updating our lodge webpage, and hooking our ER and Lady Elks Pres. up with a blog. A few beers, good times, and hella fun.

The Elks in the state of Oklahoma are kicking 13,000 to Katrina relief, and our game day sales that we are kicking are going for the same cause. Good people, good fun, hard work.

When the end of all the hard work justifies the means, then you know you done good. Boo yah! -Matt

Huge boomer came rolling through around 6:30ish tonight and dropped a BUNCH of hail up to quarter size tonight. Rolled on through pretty quick. It of course stopped raining when I made it to my car soaking wet in my suit.... Grumble grumble grumble..... Snapped a good shot of some lightning through the clouds. -Matt
