Dirty's Tavern looks as if it will be open as scheduled for St. Patrick's Day on March 17. Stillwater location had their "blow out" last Thursday because of Spring Break. Tulsa however will be hilding the grand opening with St. Pat's party.

They opted for more of a logo style of t-shirt design this year to build brand awareness. As much as I do enjoy drawing, I have to agree with this decision. Still gona be a cool shirt. -Matt

Decided to have a couple of brews at the other "Irish" bar here in Tulsa called McNellie's. It's like a block north of Dirty's Tavern. Got a pretty god band playing tonight, and Bridgeport is on special.

This new Tulsa Bricktown is going to be badass. It's good to have Dirty's in on the rise of this new scene. -Matt

Even though the primer is not fully cured, I decided to paint. It's good to have my brother Beau to help with the cutting and trimming to make this happen. Arnie's is just across the street.

Contemplating about putting a cinder block in MY restroom for a pisser. Ahhhhhh the joys of working a... I don't know what to call this enviornment..... At leat we have beer to keep the brick happy. That brick. That Dirty thirsty brick........ -Matt

Just talked with Justin from Budweiser about Dirty's Tavern situation. He also hooked me up with a tab here at Arnie's which rules. Things are looking up. At least it's not just me.

At any rate, Arnie's Bar RULES. The oldest bar in Tulsa. This St. Patrick's day will be their 50th annual Celebration. Hopefully Dirty's will be open by then. -Matt

Ummm.... What the hell did the guys do all this week? I was under the impression that this would have been - Oh I dunno... OPEN by this weekend. I mean- that was the plan. At the VERY LEAST I figured they would have had the walls sealed and the areas I was to paint prepped. Oh wait. My bad. They JUST Kilzed the wall at NOON.

This is EXACTLY the way I wanted to spend the Friday I took off for. Oh yeah baby. This is nice. That door you see... Yeah. That's the walk-in cooler door. MEANING there isn't even any beer. I am speechless. I got nothin'.

I guess I'll go over to the Irish Pub accross the street, have a beer and figure out what exactly I am doing here on my day off.
