Knicks Vs. T-Wolves. Gave up the courtside seats so that my friend could impress his girl for her birthday. She's a diehard fan but never been to a game. Being the mensch that I am, I took his crappy seats in the swap. Not too far away with a good view of the whole court, but I miss my seats. The four hacks in the mural barely did anything all game, and it took my man Stef-Boogie to once again put the team on his back and will them to a 100-85 win. Stef had 32 points, 10 Assists, 7 boards and some steals. What more can your point guard do help the team besides fold chairs and Mop up at the end of the game. With a surprise day off today, we decided to run some errands after an early morning wake. We hit up the NY EZPass office to finally get a tag. It's set up at the tolls in NYC where 7 lanes in the middle are EZPass only, and the two outer lanes are cash/EZPass. Having finally been pissed-off to the highest point of pisstivity(?), we finally buckled and got the damn tag. Mission accomplished, right? WRONG! We can't use the tag for another 48 hours out of state, or 12 noon tomorrow if we're staying in-state. We now are purposely postponing our shopping trip to Jersey tomorrow simply on General Principle. To brighten my usually drab Monday, I went to the new Chipotle franchise restaurant that just opened across the street from the job. What a monstrous burrito they serve. The SK2 cam sucks so bad that it can't adequately reproduce the sheer magnitude of this feast. I put my finger by it for a sense of perspective, but it still didn't do it justice. As per our family traditions, we opened gifts for the kiddies @ midnight (saves us adults waking up @ 6am to impatient children). More fun with my Goddaughter. She calls me "Nino" (Short for Padrino-"Godfather"). She calls Ni "Nina" (yes, for Padrina). Everything she deems important requires your urgent attention too.
