Was reading this hilarious little book by Graham Roumieu called "In Me Own Words: The Autobiography of Bigfoot." I was in tears with his pictures and poems... Then I spent the day walking around with my baby. We went by the creek near my house, and just walked and talked. Been a while since we've been able to forget about the upcoming wedding, even if for a moment. Makes me remember why I want to marry her in the first place...

Now, a mere 5 months after our first engine blowout, the replacment engine blew out on us too. Now we had the car towed to a mechanic located just across the street from the infamous Valvoline location. Now they are trying to give us the runaround, saying that the warranty on the replacement engine expired! IT'S A 12 MONTH WARRANTY THAT HE AGREED TO!!! The district manager, MIKE GENESEE will probably awake Monday or Tuesday morning to a pretty little lawsuit from us... Enough of the games, dammnit!

Of all the experiences and journey's i've undertaken, I could say that I've had some pretty memorable moments. I'd done more at 25 than most have done with their whole lives. At 29, I can truly say that nothing fazes me anymore. I feel like I have the tone and outline for the thesis of my life, now all that's left is to write it... And I'm gonna blow that isht out! I feel like I have done it all, hovering god-like over the cliff of hubris with a smirk on my face - and then humility strikes me dumb, deaf, and blind. I plummet down from the Heavens, as my brain crackles with new insight and understanding. I explode into the concrete, and groggily wake up to: THE ABOVE IMAGES... I must have fallen asleep and my Goddaugther dropped by for a visit. She must've been tired too, so my fiancé dropped her in bed w/ me... As in any good paper, new supporting data is constantly being added on,

as it helps flesh out the shape of your theories. I realize in my epiphany that my life won't be complete until I have one of those... Then I realize how truly young and náive I am...

After two whole months, I finally finished Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. The most complete game I have ever played, with side games that easily took a month on their own, I can now lead a normal existence again. 89% complete without a guidebook! Who's Gangsta??? Wonder what's up next? A hiatus from gaming for one. I gotta get back to some reading...

It's funny that a corporate jet can crash after takeoff, skid across an expressway and slam into an office building, (all during morning rush) and have no fatalities. What's even more impressive? Our friends Veronica and Chris had their first child on Friday. Christopher Gregory Jackson was born @ 4:43am, blasting through at 9 lbs, 8 ozs!!! Can you say N-F-L? He's adorable, as all new babies are...Ahhhhh, that new baby smell!

Went to get a cut from my boy Polo @ Harlem Masters on 125th & 5th. It's one of the last of the old-school black-owned barbershops in Manhattan. It's the kind of place you go to for lots of laughs and and stories, and then a cut... I got there early, and a good thing, too. 5 minutes in the chair and the place got packed!
