Caught the tail end of Soul Train, just as they were finishing up the train (observation -- the guys break it out with the robot and breakdancing moves while the chicks just gyrate their hips like sluts), then this chick started singing a song with two lyrics ("I wanna dance dance dance" and "all night long"). I <3 Soul Train -- who doesn't?

PS -- in typing this, I learned how to input kanji (ie, 袂衂 饅馘). Yay me! Now I just need to learn Japanese...

Ahh, Richard Dean Anderson.... You're good in Stargate SG-1, but you will never be as good as you were in MacGuyver. I feel old watching this show -- I remember watching it on USA back in the 80s and thinking MacGuyver was sooooo cool, when he broke out his mirror to deflect the motion tracking lasers and that time when he used a stick of bubblegum and a piece of wire to create a satellite phone. Ahh, memories....

These pics prolly won't come out (thanks to my hiptop's craptacular camera), but I'm hanging out with Finney and a couple of his friends from work, soking and drinking. Was at Kirk's graduation party (4 years of college already? Damn it goes by fast and slow at the same time), but I didn't really know anyone there, so I msg'ed Finney to see what he was up to. Now I'm at his coworker's place, and got invited to a kegger on Monday. Ahhhh, the college life.... I'll miss it when I graduate next year, for sure (though I'll try to prolong it with an attempt at grad school, of course).

Holla to anyone else drunk/high this lovely Saturday night....

The Baskin Robbins near my house is having a "Free Scoop Night" tonight -- free ice cream! The lines were out the door earlier, but have since slowed down (as they're closing soon). I got peanutbutter chocolate, while Nicki wanted mint choco chip.... though they somehow gave her chocolate chip... which she doesn't like. Arrrrgh.
