Spent the day at the redhook brewery with Keefe and Cathy. 1 dollar lotta beer, even better deal than a 40. I reduced the pics to 640 x 480 so I can email more of them easily.

It doesn't take much for me to be happy. Since I have a penchant for 40oz (40 ounces of malt liquor... its cheap, its what a bum would drink basically) our good friends Keefe and Kathy picked me up one. Even better Kim got me Fast and the Furious Tokyo Drift. Really great presents all around, for real. And to think.... I'm and MBA, ha!

Home stretch is a killer. I've never had to work this hard in a class yet. Honestly this class is what I assumed the whole program would be - fast paced and overwhelming. Its 1am, final class is at 8am... 7 hours away. My whole group is up, emailing around copies of our final paper and presentation. We started at 6pm. We also have a smaller presentation on a website analysis which I'm going to present for the group (typically only 1-2 people present so its not a clusterfuck presentation). I haven't even really prepped for mine, I built the slide deck but haven't run the presentation in my head. But in 14 hours it all is over, no more nights at school, weekend group meetings, doing homework at work, all over. I can reminisce later, now I just need some sleep. 1 more saturday class and I'm donzo with the MBA program. No more sitting in classes goofing off online for hours.

Well my friend gave her notice at work today too... bringing the dept headcount from 7 to 4 once me and her are gone. In short, these guys are screwed. Not to mention a few other turnover issues with other depts having people leave, and a few more to come as well. My friend BY decided to put on my white board that I'm outta there incase anyone didn't already know.

I bought some Captain Morgan Tattoo only because its tattoo and I have tattoos! Good stuff, let your voyage set sail with the captain and you can never go astray! Note: not good for increasing productivity esp. With homework.

Turns out I had saturday after class with nothing to do, and some old minigolf cohorts called me up to see if anyone from our team wanted to go to Octoberfest in Freemont. Normally I'm not one for spontaneous fun but since Kim was busy the rest of the day and I've nothing but school and work for 2 weeks, I said sure. I was unsuccessful at rounding up my miniputt team so it was just me, Jimmy, Peacock and Lynn. Long story short what I thought might be 2 hours of having fun turned into a 2pm to 11pm event. Attached are some pics. Oh and out of coincidence Joe from my team was there on his own accord, with pics to prove it. Overall a good time with fun people.
