The cap had been stamped wrong so the threads were off. After doing battle with it, including stabbing my finger, I finally resorted to destroying the cap with my leatherman. Ahhh sweet caffeine.

As we ran through DTW attempting to make our flight to SFO we passed through a corridor that looked a lot like Chicago O'Hare's corridor. Only managed to snap a few blurry and awful pics as we ran down the moving sidewalk.

I assume it's safe to blog about being in the beta program now. My 2gb Eye-Fi wireless SD Card arrived today. Definitely an improvement over the 512mb beta device I had. If everything works as well as it did in beta, then it should be great!

My Chumby got here today after a long trip from China. Can't wait to get home and plug him in and see what he can do. Still not entirely sure what the future holds for him.
Rolling Media Center

A trip to Ikea and a few hours of work and I now have a rolling media center that all works off of a single power plug. No more playing AV boy whenever we want to watch a movie. I even got one of my old wrt54g routers (running dd-wrt) to act as a wireless bridge for the Xbox so that Xbox Media Center can access my media on shared network drives. The only thing left is to get a good pair of speakers to supplement the subwoofer. Pics are probaly too dark to show, but I've got a projector up top, xbox with wireless contoller in the middle, and wrt54g router and subwoofer on the bottom shelf. Two triple plugs daisy chained and an extra long power cord.

Finally dipping into some wine I bought from woot.wine.com awhile ago. Not too bad!
