Going to the grocery store is always boring, so I tend to take pictures of things that are interesting/cool/stupid/etc. Here's pics from tonight's trip. Althoguh, I was terribly disappointed to find out that the grocery store near our new place does not have Guinness in the bottle. This could pose a big problem.

So my computer here at work just decided to reboot without consulting me. *sigh* this is one of those "hate my computer" days at work. I can't print to my printer, finally got it printing to one of the networked printers after much anguish. I also get to watch lotus notes suck up every available bit of resources on my system. I wish they'd let me build and configure my own system. So I've decided to hide from the evil computers in the bathroom before I end up throwing one through a window. Lets hope the 30pages of printouts I sent to the printer are there when I decide to come out. Hehe

Amidst moving to a new place this weekend, we rescued a poor little kitten from the parking lot of our old apartments. She was being ignored by her mother and winter is quickly coming to Ohio. We got her some food, gave her a bath, and she's doing great. Britni took her to work with her (she works at a cat vet) for a checkup and stuff today. She's very playful, and not scared of the other cats suprisingly. However Annabelle, the 22 toed freak-of-nature cat is not happy. Not only have we introduced this kitten to the house she doesn't like, but Gabby, my cat from home, is now part of the family. Plenty of hissing from Annabelle, but the other two don't seem to mind since they're used to having a lot of cats around. But the kitten isn't staying, we can't handle 3 cats, anyone in Columbus want a kitten?

Sitting at work, waiting for customers to call in for tech support. So I'm alternating working on a website/database for work and browsing the web. Here's a few pics. One of my kiks, guess what they are.. Heheh... Another of my computers, my breakfast, and the "Prize Inside" Cracker jack toys were much better back in the day. I'm bored, I want my OTA!!!! Then I can ssh home and run BitchX.. Heheh back to web surfing...

Not only are we painting everything, we're also redoing the bathroom. The horrible victim of water damage, the bathroom floor is being replaced. That meant ripping everything up and out of there. We may leave the toilet where it is. Think about the ease and efficiency! :)

So with the new apartment we ned to paint. This has caused quite the debate about colors. But it sounds like we're going with a blue theme. Mainly light blue. But britni wants her writing room to be a deep venetian red. Chad, our new best friend at home depot in the paint dept, says that'll be a pain. But britni is dead set on it, so it'll happen one way or another. Heheh I'm still trying to decide what color the "geek cave" (I.e. The basement) is going to be..

"terminal monkey!?!? EEEEEEEE!!!!" that was my quote this afternoon when I read about the new OTA. Or at least that's what britni keeps saying. Heheeh I'm so excited, I may have to go out and get a CSK to replace my black and white.

We're sitting here at our new place, waiting on a friend to get here with our key so we can check things out. Word has it that the last people to live here didn't take that good of care with the place. Sounds like we're going to have to rip up the carpet and get it replaced. Luckily we're friends with the landlord and we're going to all get together and take care of the place before we move in. :) ahh, good friends are the best.. So we're sitting here bored. Britni's got her dinner of steak and shake (I ate before she got home) and her evil but delicious mocha coffee shake (I'm lactose unhappy) :( Whoa, two doors of the nearby apartments just opened and like 15 people came streaming out, including a large man who should have been wearing a shirt. Hehe attached pictures are of my shirt, the new apt, britni's lcd in her car, and of course me and britni. Sorry, couldn't get a shot of the guy without a shirt in time. Hehe
