There's tons of stuff you can do with that G3! Just off the top of my head...you could set up an OS X fileserver (with enough RAM), You could edit pictures or small video clips, you could master CD's with it, maybe edit some 2Track Audio, use it as an iTunes MP3 server, dedicate it to web browsing or faxing, run photoshop all day long... Remember the commercials that had the snail with the intel processor on it's back, or the intel inside guys catching on fire? Well, this is the computer they were selling so creatively. I say max it out with RAM and have a blast!
