Why Can't Danger Make Some Of These?

Last weekend while visiting my sister in Boston with C&J we hit the movie theater where a Firefly Mobile street team was passing out these Lance Armstrong style "Live Strong" bracelets. They're a nice shade of Danger orange with 'I *HEART* FireFly' on one side and Firefly Mobile on the other.

Hasn't someone at Danger has thought at least once, "Hey, lets jump on this whole bracelt gravy train and make a shitload of these and give them away!" How expensive could it be to whip up lets says 2500 of these things, it's a freaking rubber band! You put Hiptop.com on one side and Danger on the other.

It couldn't be any worse then the money spent on the marketing of the HiptopStore!

After dropping by this work around 1.15 and finding out he got bumped to a later shift at 2.30, Divinity, Britni, her brother Brian, and I finally caught up with Mr. Versatal as we headed back towards Grand Central and Penn Stations.

We chatted about a how neat it was to see who the person is behind the photos, a bit on who else we've met from HN, future coffee/lunch/dinner plans, and of course the live taping of TDS.

It was a nice close to an excellent day of taking another HN regular and company around the city, over to TDS, and down to Sammy's Noodle for dinner.

On a minor side note, he is freaking big and tall! It would take about 2 1/2 me's and about 6 3/8 of Divinity to equal one of him.

I hate the sack slide, it sucks but for some reason "J" wanted to race his mom and as expected blew her away.

The Museum of Science has a display full of bees where you use a magnifying glass and try and locate the queen. We eventually found what we thought was her, but what we liked even more was the tube that was created to allow the bees to enter and exit the hive.
