Pepsi, Yahoo, and Microsoft have teamed up for a promotion pushing the next wave of video game consoles, namely the XBox 360. They are running a contest similar to the Pepsi/Apple iTunes promotion where under caps of specially marked bottles of Pepsi, Mt. Dew, and Sierra Mist is a code that you can enter over at Every10Minutes.com. You punch in the code and a winner is picked every ten minutes until 10/31/05. |

I picked a bottle of the new limited edition Mountain Dew Pitch Black 2, which is the sequel to last year’s original Mountain Dew Pitch Black. The major difference between the sequel and the original is the 'sour bite' which a slight improvement over the old stuff. I'll be stocking up on this stuff since last year I figured Pepsi would just add it to the Mt. Dew line up full time like they did with LiveWire, which was a limited edition summer soda in 2003. |
