![]() ![]() ![]() Saw Dave Attell & Lewis Black perform tonight at The Egg in Albany, NY. Both comics put on an outstanding show and were very over with the crowd, even the warm up guy got a few laughs. Go check out the Comedy Central Live website and see when they're going to be in your town. |

| Frank Miller Tue 09.23.03 10:37pm PDT #6453 |
Frank Miller is one of the greatest writer/artists to ever grace the world of comic books. His early work on Daredevil, Batman Year One, and The Dark Knight Returns were some of the finest comic literature ever written in the 1980's. Mr. Miller has always shyed away from doing anything the traditional way with his art, which makes it entirely unique. It's part anime, part traditional comic, part Miller stylism (big hands, scratchy faces), it is very eclectic. |

![]() ![]() ![]() Sometimes it's nice having a friend work in the film industry, today however was not one of those days. I dropped by New Line Cinema for a visit with Shannon in accounting and she gives me a copy of Mandy Moore's new movie How To Deal. Why couldn't I have gotten something I actually wanted, like a copy of Run Ronnie Run (a Mr. Show movie). I would have even taken a copy of Williard or Dumb and Dumberer: When Harry Met Lloyd. I shouldn't complain though, at least it wasn't a copy of The Real Cancun. |
