ok so after we went to the planetarium we headed over to see "blue man group" that was sooooo incredibly awesome! if your ever in an area where it's playing you MUST go see it. the audience gets to interact and stuff. it's so cool. and they're pretty funny too. after the blue man group we headed over to the navy pier. which is a big shopping place where you can walk around and there are rides and stuff and we rode the ferris wheel...which are where most of these pix are taken. and then we went to the tucany cafe for dinner where we ate parmesean chicken and noodles. :-D the noodles were good...I didn't eat any chicken cause I gave all meat except for seafood up for lent. :) and now we're on our way to the espn game zone for more fun! check back later for more pix. :-D -sAmI-

whoa today was pretty stressful. lol my phone wouldint turn on AT ALL! I was freakin out. lol. so I didn't get any pix today. and I'm not sure where the pix I took last night were. but anyways...last night we went and saw the chicago symphony. and they were pretty good. but it put a lot of us to sleep. lol. so this morning we all got up and put out tuxedos on and went back to orchestra hall.(the place where the symphony played) and we were scheduled to play on the stage for some judges. and we did pretty good this morning. no one was too nervous. it worked out pretty nicely. and then we went and ate at ginos pizza, supposedly chicago's pizza is the best in the country....but I have to disagree. anyways....then we went to the art institute...and that was kinda weird and boring. they had three pieces of yarn from the celing to the floor and the called it art. the most rediculous piece of art I saw was a string of pluged in christmas lights laying on the floor. that was insane. lol. what was cool about the art institute though was these 5 boys(maybe ages 10-16) were outside drummin on buckets and it was so awesome they made like 50 bucks in five minutes from the big crowd watchin them. that was pretty kool. and then after that we headed over to Handcock's Observatory and went up to the top, 94th floor, and wandered around. :) it was pretty kool...but it got boring fast. after that we went to joes crab shack and chilled. I got grilled shrimp that was UBER YUMMY! :-P. and then we headed back to the hotel and me and some friends chilled in the lobby for a while and jammed to the music that was coming from a frat party in the hotel party room. it was pretty cool...and drunk people kept stumbling out of the room with their drunk dates and headed up the elevator. it was freakin hilarious watchin drunk people get to their floor. lol cause they kept forgettin to push their button so they would scream profanities when they remembered and their floor had already passed. and tonite I actully was rolling on the floor laughing at my friend...I'm not really sure what about but our next door neighbor came out of his room to scream at us. it was pretty funny. another thing we did tonite before our lights out was...we went up to another floor where some of our friends were rooming and girls aren't allowed in guy rooms and guys aren't allowed in girls rooms. and they were havin a game of poker that the girls wanted to watch so they dragged the coffee table out in the hallway and we just partied in the hall. it was pretty fun. lol. well it's 1:30 am and I gotta long day tomorrow...so I'm going to sleep 4 now. I'll try and see if I can take some pix tomorrow to make up for the pix I didn't take today. :-D -sAmI-

this was THE WORST RESTAURANT EVER. the servers are supposed to treat you rude here. and we didn't know that till after we ate and it was pissin us off....we ended up trashin our tables...there was chocolate everywhere and ketchup and mustard drawing on the tables...and part of our group emptied 3 salt shakers on the table. and the waiters wouldint get us drinks...we had to get up and find the drink machine and get it ourselves. some guy asked for a spoon and the waiter said USE YOUR FINGERS! and at the end of the meal the waitress came by and she's like, "man you suck! the party before you made a bigger mess...you couldn't have done any better?" it was freakin rediculous. -sAmI-

lol. this is how much fun we're having at the science museum...we got so bored...a bunch of us went off and found a corner and everyones fallin asleep. :-) lol. eventually were going to go see some history movie or something....I'm sure everyones going to sleep in there too. lol. oh well. stay tuned for more on the chicago trip ;-) -sAmI-

So far so good....NOT! lol. our flight was delayed 3 hours. we were soooo cranky when we finally arrived in chicago. lol. we arrived at 12.....didn't get to the hotel until 1:30....didn't get to sleep until 3:30. it was really crazy. and it was burnin up on the plane so it was miserable. lol. ok enuff complaning outta me...more updates on the trip to come ;-) -sAmI-
