Indecisive Tree is Indecisive
this picture is owned by the submitter. contact submitter for permission before using it in any wayThe sugar maples have pretty much all committed, but this little oak is all, "I uh.... maybe I wanna turn? I don't know. Can I phone a friend?"
Home Safe
this picture is owned by the submitter. contact submitter for permission before using it in any wayAnd just in time. Holly sent me an article that said Vienna expects a foot of snow over the next day. For the coworkers, chocolate kitty cat tongues.
Safely in Austria
this picture is owned by the submitter. contact submitter for permission before using it in any wayAnd here's a picture of Greg and Holly to prove it. Not from now. So the keyboards over here are very odd. There's inexplicably a downshift, which is where the at symbol is. And the Z and the Y are in opposite spots. Which probably makes sense to someone. And there's a angle bracket where the shift normally is, so I keep typing http<<<<<< into the browser. And Graz is beautiful and meaty, but if you're friends with me, you'll be subjected to that later so I'll leave it at that.
Off to Austria

Halloween Party
this picture is owned by the submitter. contact submitter for permission before using it in any wayWent to Keith and Judy's today. A lot of insane costumes showed up, and I got to meet The Azrael. Here Keith, not yet costumed, demolds the brain jello.
Halloween fun
this picture is owned by the submitter. contact submitter for permission before using it in any wayIt's great to work in a place where I'm not the only person to dress up for Halloween. Britney, Fresno Barbie, and our own personal Merchant Demon.
Craven^H^H Mr. Tire
this picture is owned by the submitter. contact submitter for permission before using it in any wayMade my first trip back to Craven Tire after their sale to Mr. Tire for a last-minute state inspection. They've promised not to change, but I'm already noticing one: the magazines suck. They have this great waiting area with wi-fi, TV, comfy seats, and (used to be) a great selection of magazines. Now, if you don't want to read about your car or the news, you're screwed. Fortunately, there was entertainment for me since the NBA season starts tonight so that's all over the Sports section. In other news, the service seems the same, except I miss my old reception dude, who had a great sense of humor that really put you at ease while you wait. But it's still a quick in-and-out as long as you call ahead. Except for the fact that my car was done a half an hour before the reception guy noticed it. The same reception guy who called me at 7:30 this morning to tell me my husband had FAXed the corporate office asking for a state inspection. Considering he woke me up, it took me a few minutes to process all the errors in the statement and come up with what he was attempting to communicate. But the place seems to be mostly still decent. As long as you bring your own reading material.

Jenn drove me up to see one of our printers today. So amazingly cool. We love them, and they love us. It's all good.
