Whoa!
I don't know about the rest of the HNers but I like checking the HN community from work. If breasts keep showing up on here, I'll get laid off for it. Linking to them on Flickr is cool, because then I get the option to check out naked chicks if that's my thing, but when they're part of your post, my only option is to avoid HN altogether. And I like you guys too much to do that. --regan

Mom and I did our nails as celebration for signing them up for DSL (in OPI's Chocolate Shakespeare while the firewall downloaded). Plus, a shot for Holly. You need to be here, cause birch beer doesn't taste the same without you.
Roxy

Metro

Bachelorette Messiness
this picture is owned by the submitter. contact submitter for permission before using it in any wayThis is an excellent example of why I'm taking the morning off to clean. A cake pedestal with two (unmatched) socks and two jars of embossing powder on it, a rubber mallet, a receipt, a screwdriver, an A/C adapter, and (in the background) ink and an iron.
Go Sampler!

For da Short.... uh, no wait... for da ATHF Fans
McGambrell's Broodwich post reminded me that I'd promised to post details of the Adult Swim swap here when it was done, both the stuff I received from Meg and the stuff I sent to her. Meg fanned out the cards so you can see a few examples from the ATHF tarot card set (major arcana only). I swapped The High Priestess for The (universal) Remonster and The Devil for The Broodwich, but all the rest of the cards kept their original names, including (shown) The Fool, Strength and The Sun (which has Boxy riding the horse). I had a lot of fun making them. ;)

And I'd like to point out that not only have I not managed to hook up with Thomas this SXSW, but also I'm going to miss Dave Willis and Brendon Small when they come to Austin Swim this weekend. Blah.

San Antonio Flower Co. had cherry twigs behind the counter when I went last time, so I got a bundle of them and brought them to work to share with Texans who have never seen cherry blossoms before and misplaced east coasters like myself.

Iron rations ... 2 gp Wineskin full of wine ... 5 gp Being an adult geek ... Priceless

A record of this weekend's culinary fare. The closest we'd get to green and leafy was the bowl the Doritos were in, but Ray grilled up some shark steak he'd caught, which completely rocked.
