If I wasent so sick I'd type more but here's the run down.

Slept through the Super Bowl crashed at 6pm PST woke up @ 6am PST. Found a gas station outside the hotel they got some kick ass sever cold tylnols I picked up. Training was cool, but the meds started to wear off around 4ish, god this sucks, almost 70 degrees outside in cali and I'm stuck inside sick whiles there's winter storm warnings in chicago, just my luck.

Got back to the hotel and picked up some more tortilia soup and a pink lemnade, and the mexican dude that saw me yesterday baught me a shot of 1800 and a tequilia sunrise, he said it cures colds lol, we shall see.

Got to talk to adri for a bit, that was nice, very nice actually, think I can actually sleep now....speaking of...night night

Damned headache hasent callmed down since the ear poppin started, just somethin else to add to my lovely trip. Baggage pick up was easy enough, it nearly came immeadtly, so that was cool.

The first thing I said to myself when I walked out side was "damn this place smells the same!" And it does. Not a foul oderor anything, just familar I guess. Now I get to sit in a shuttle buss with 3 other ppl all the way to Irvine to where my hotel is at.....more to come, stay tuned!

That's the bumpyest flight I've ever been on. At lease I got a box full of "snacks"....cheap bastages.

Got some awesome shots with the digicam when we flew over the Rockys, can't wait to check em out, here's what I got with the SKLX cam though

So I landed this new job working as a Plotter Field Tech/Network Analy/Sales Rep/Branch Head Designer....catch was, they need to ship me off to Irvine Ca. (Bout 50min S. Of LA) for a week to get certified to work on Roland printers.

At first I was thrilled, my last trip to california left something to be desired to say the absolute least, I saw it as me returning to somewhere that was under really bad conditions prior, to me going there now for a very positive reason. The hotel is 1mi away from Laguna Beach and has a bunch of cool resturaunts I can eat at at the expence of the company, and the hotel I'm staying in is in a historical district, and the actuall hotel is in a documented National Historical Landmark....sounds cool right?

.....I wish.

Two nights ago I started to feel ill. I knew some sort of respotory infection was comming (a lovely side effect I started noticeing after I quit smokeing). Add me now being and feeling sick as a dog, I freaked myself out by looking at the TSA.gov site to make sure I didn't get carted off by HLS going through security....that site is enough to make a hypocondract feel like they are the least paranoid people in the world.

But check in went good, my mother and gf saw me off so they were able to keep me sane untill we got to the check point, after that I just slaped on a smile and acted as iof I've done this 1 million times (zen).

So now I'm just trying to relax, I got an hour before my flight leaves...mom and my gf just called to see If I was hanging in there, I love them..so I got my ipod loaded, relaxing to Vivalidis Our Seasons and drinkin a chai latte hopeing this virus with go away soon so I can at least enjoy myself in the 70degree weather
