is creepy

sometimes my backlight malfunctions and won't come on for a few minutes, or sometimes all day. I have no more warranty or insurance... I'm shakin in my boots scared that I might have to get a flashlight to use with my sidekick eventually =( ~Je®®y Miah...AIM= eekeekeeek

I caught Grand Buffet last night at Harpers Ferry in Allston. I loved it... it had been a while (at least 2 years) since I've seen these hilarious dudes. The opening acts DJ Alan Astor, Mahi Mahi and Motherboard didn't disappoint either.

Alan Astor was wearing a Daft Punk tour shirt which was awesome and he brought out some sweet vocoder vocals over some nice electro dance beats. Mahi Mahi killed it with a terrificly synthy synth rock sound that made me smile and feel comfortable. Their drummer was tight and punchy which caused head bobbing and generally rocked. Motherboard was cool too slamming out a really decent set of heavy sludge rock which was a completely and totally different flavor than the rest of the bands, but it worked out. Their drummer came complete with a plastic barbarian chest so how can you lose!? Then Grand Buffet came on and proceeded to be hilarious as ever with their improv style comedy interludes sandwiched with their synth heavy rap songs. They seem to spend enough time with the comedy aspect of the show that you end up hearing less actual songs. I need to laugh so I thought it was great and I can always go home and listen to the tracks no problem. I'm done typing...Awesome~ ~Je®®y Miah...AIM= eekeekeeek

dream: my grandfather drives me to work in a big red old car that's painted blue on the inside. All over the windows are drawings that my little cousins drew. The drawings cover a large portion of the windshield and I'm surprised that he doesn't see this as a safety issue. I'm running pretty late for work and my gramps explains that this car he was going to save to give to me someday. Somehow, I'm working behind the front desk at the supermarket again and I'm about 30 minutes late. ~Je®®y Miah...AIM= eekeekeeek

Oon my way back from visiting old family members to make them happy, I come across this guy Justin from highschool and we start discussing using trash and poop as fertiliser for gardens. He tells me about the stuff he buries and then we start burying some random dog poo and trash in a garden that seems to be the campus of some university. I happily bury some poo and other trash along with my sidekick for some reason thinking it will all be a good idea as if the battery was getting charged from being buried. During the burial, we're outside some girls window, and they think we're being creepy because we're lurking outside their window at night, but we're just gardening!

Now I'm walking home from the gardening past a pond in the woods and realizing that I don't have a backup phone and it was stupid to have buried my sidekick. Suddenly a big dark red flying bulfrog is flying right at me. I quickly pull out a spoon and wack it tennis style! The frog blasts away, but flies right back at me. I hit it again with my tennis backhand with the convex side of the spoon. The frog finally gives up and lands in the pond. It slowly rolls into a ball and slowly spins in the water. Then it uncurls and swims down and away. Goodmorning! ~Je®®y Miah...AIM= eekeekeeek
