Hi, I'm Malcolm (aka 0logic) joining in from Australia. This looks like a good forum. I went for the q700 hiptop slide because I'm doing my Masters of Internet Studies and thought it'd be a good idea to be online 24/7. You guys have it good. My unit was $523. The plan is the catch though. $30/mth for unlimited sms mms email,browsing and IM (though we don't have AOL like you guys). Calls are separate and expensive. I got this to make me use messaging more for school. The limitations on the machine (no RSS, no movies, limited Bluetooth) I hope to find hacks on forums like this. Peace, 0logic |
