I've done a badddd thing! Sprint induced me to switch my other cell to their Vision service which has allowed me to get a new toy, the Sanyo 8100. Its got a great color screen, a very decent built-in camera, pretty good ergonomics, works great as a phone, and is small with long battery life. Web access is ok too - keypad typing is still THE major drawback.
As a next gen (US) phone, however, it is pointing to a future that Danger may have trouble keeping up with, witness the rapid growth of textamerica (example-xeni's moblog). And did I mention that it's $100 less than the new color Sidekick?
(PS - belated info on the Spongbob birthday cake - its a Giant (east coast) Supermarket special. Available now!)
